Outdoor 2017 – Rep Program Fee

REGISTRATION PROCESS – Development and Competitive

  • No paper registration forms will be accepted for this program – all families must register online; 
  • You must enter the code:  OUTDOOR2017
  • The registration period is January 9, 2017 to February 15, 2017;
  • Fee Increase: All registrations received after February 15 will be subject to a $25 fee increase;
  • Please note that registration spaces are not guaranteed until payment is received.
  • Families choosing to pay in office are required to ensure payment is received by the office within 3 business days of the registration.
  • Proof of age is required for all NEW families to the Club. Please submit to the office within 2 weeks of registration.
  • Player Books will only be processed once registration and payment has been completed.

REP PROGRAM FEES
Effective the Outdoor 2017 season, the Rep Program Fees have been merged into one program fee. There has been no budgeted fee increase for the upcoming season and the fees are listed below:

$525 – U9 to U10
$600 – U11 to U18
$450 – U21 to Senior

ONLINE REGISTRATION
The WMSC is utilizing Power Up Sports as the Club’s exclusive online registration service provider. The system should provide a simple, easy to use, end user experience, and we are excited to have you login for the first time. We have started fresh with this new system, therefore, all members should first click the ‘Sign Up’ option to create themselves a profile. Follow the steps, and once you’ve setup your family, you can register for the programs that are active.

REGISTRATION CODE
To help curb registrations to the program in error, to register for the “2017 Registration Development/Competitive” you must enter code:  OUTDOOR2017

PAYMENT OPTIONS – ONLINE & DEFERRED PAYMENTS
Once you complete your registration, you may pay the entire bill immediately online. You also have the option to pay by deferred payments. An initial payment will be required upfront with two scheduled payments to follow. Power Up Sports will automatic this process for you and list the amounts owing on which dates. Please note that deferred payments are accepted only for Competitive registrations  for ages U9-U18.

PAYMENT OPTIONS – OFFLINE
Once you have completed your registration, you may choose to submit payments directly to the office. Payments accepted by cheque, cash or financial assistance. Please note that payment will not be accepted in the office until the online pre-registration has been completed.

REFUND POLICY
Generally, unless for a compassionate reason such as season-ending injury, refunds will not be issued once the program has started. All refunds are subject to a $40 administrative fee. If you are approved for a refund, a pro-rated refund will be issued. For refund considerations please complete the Refund Request Form.

FAMILY RATE DISCOUNT
Families registering three (3) or more players in the Competitive/Recreational program are entitled to a base discount of $20 per player.

FEE ASSISTANCE
Fee Assistance Leisure Access Program is a program of financial support for residents with low income living in Waterloo, that helps individuals participate in City of Waterloo recreational and affiliated minor sport and arts programs. The assistance is given in the form of a credit to eligible individuals. Please apply ahead of time and have your Access Card available when you register. The amount of subsidy is based on total family income.

WHAT DOES THIS FEE INCLUDE?
OSA Registration fees and player insurance costs, League fees, Referee fees, OSA Registration Book costs, Outdoor practice field rental costs, Game field rental and lighting costs, Advertising, Head Coaches honorarium, Coach training, certification and development, PRC (police records checks) fees, Club Technical coach costs, Meeting room costs for Program/Coaches’ meetings, Equipment (first aid kits, ice packs, etc.), Goalkeeper Credit ($100 U9/10, $150 U11 & up), Administration salaries (full time and part time), Administrative expenses – legal, accounting, computer – hardware, software and support, postage, 2 match balls, 2 coach polos/shirts
